monō ai was founded by David Hyman. He co-founded Lendi in 2013 and spent around 13 years building it into one of Australia’s largest home-loan platforms.

Along the way he won his category at the EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards and now serves as a judge for the programme. He started monō to do for every business what took Lendi years to learn: go AI-native in the core of the operation, and prove it in production.
