Collections

Agentic functions. Not point tools.

A Collection is a complete business function run by agents. Each one is built from Tiles, single use cases that work alone and compound together.

The model

Three words, one stack.

Tile

One agentic use case, productised. Works on day one, on its own.

Collection

The set of tiles that runs a whole function, and retires its legacy stack.

Platform

The shared foundation underneath: every model, one memory, your data sovereign.

Time to value

Live in weeks. Not quarters.

  1. Days 1–3

Connected to your systems. Agents reading, learning your context.

  2. Week 2

First tiles live in production. Real work, measured.

  3. Always

Every customer is paired with a forward-deployed engineer.

Proof

Shipped, on real work.

We run it ourselves

Our own company runs on Collections.

Revenue is live on monō's own pipeline; Finance and Executive run our own numbers and operating rhythm. The agentic function you would buy is the one we operate ourselves.

The shape of it

Start with one function. Add the next when it earns it.

Each Collection stands alone and pays its way. Run a second and it inherits the first's memory, so the next function starts already knowing your business.

Trust & governance

Run it under control.

Governed. Measured. And you can see exactly what it costs.

monō does the same work for a fraction of the spend. It only sends the AI what it actually needs to answer, not the whole history. So a typical task can use up to 70% fewer tokens than running an agent the standard way. Routine, high-volume work runs on cheaper models; the hard calls go to the best models available. And for the work you do most, we tune smaller, faster models built for the job.

You see the cost per agent, in plain numbers.

  • Governance

Every agent runs under policy. Every action logged, reproducible and reviewable.

  • Eval & monitoring

Every output scored against your standard before it ships. Drift caught early.

  • Cost & efficiency

Far fewer tokens than running an agent raw, and the right model for each job.

The pack your risk team will ask for.

Deployed in your cloud. Inference-only, your data is never training data. ISO 27001 certified. The controls map, data-flow diagrams and sub-processor list.

Questions, answered.

What is the difference between a Tile and a Collection?

A Tile is one agentic use case, productised, deal sourcing, forecasting, board reporting. A Collection is the set of tiles that runs a whole function. Tiles work alone and compound together.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. A Collection starts on top of the systems you already run, reading, enriching and doing the work around them. You retire the legacy stack when that is earned, not before.

How fast is a Collection live?

First tiles are live in weeks, not quarters. Every customer is paired with a forward-deployed monō engineer through activation.

Does it get smarter over time?

Yes. Every tile writes to one shared memory of your business, so the next tile starts smart and a second Collection inherits everything the first learned. That gain is yours, held inside your tenant.

Pick a function. Agents take over the work.
