Community
Figure it out with people who already have.
Going AI-native is hard to do on your own. So we put founders, operators and engineers in a room with people who are already doing it. Then we keep the door open. You'll find real conversations, working demos, and a direct line to the team that builds monō.
Why community
Nobody goes AI-native alone.
Going AI-native just means running real parts of your business on AI agents, not only playing with chatbots. The companies moving fastest have one thing in common: people to think out loud with. So we put those people in a room together, and we left a seat for you.
No velvet rope.
The frontier can feel like a members-only club. It honestly isn't. We get the builders and the operators into the same room as the people already doing this, and the gatekeeping stays at the door.
Plain English, always.
‘What actually is AI-native?’ is a fair question, and we're happy to answer it like humans. No acronym soup. No theatre. We make the work clear without ever dumbing it down.
The best part is the bit you didn't plan.
Honestly, the real value is the conversation you didn't see coming. Maybe it's an introduction. Maybe it's an offhand idea, or the person one seat over who turns out to be wrestling with your exact problem. Get the right people together and the rest tends to take care of itself.
monō circle
monō circle: a room for anyone figuring out AI.
A few hours of substance over noise. There's one talk worth your evening and a live demo of agents doing real work, plus a room full of people worth meeting. Come wherever you are with AI. Whether you're just curious or already building, you're welcome here.
You'll leave with something real. A sharper view of where this is going, maybe a useful introduction, and a next step you can actually act on.
The monō dinner series
Some things are just better said over dinner.
Before monō was a company, it was a series of dinners. Small tables, founders and operators, no decks and no stage. We host the Japanese way, in the spirit of omotenashi: hospitality that quietly anticipates what you need before you ask. It's a relationship, not a pitch. If a slide deck would have done the job, we'd have just sent you one.

An evening on the craft of building well
9 July 2026 · In person, Sydney
An evening on monozukuri
Theme: monozukuri, the Japanese idea of making things with real craft. Our first AI community evening, supported by AWS. It's an open invitation. Come whether you're just starting to wonder what AI could do for you, or you're already deep in building agents. Wherever you are with this, we'll meet you there and help you take the next step.

Occasional notes from the teams putting agents into the core of a business. When we have something worth sending, and nothing when we do not.
The best way in is a working session.
Bring a real problem from your business. We'll show you working agents on your own systems. Not a demo of someone else's data, yours.
