Company

The AI-native operating company.

monō exists to help organisations go AI-native, so people can do the best work of their lives, and organisations achieve what was never possible.

The operating belief

The frontier gap is widening.

What frontier AI can do, and what most organisations actually run on, are years apart, and the gap compounds every month. The tools exist. What is missing is someone inside the business making them work.

Closing that gap is not a software purchase. It is an operating decision, made inside the work, by people who ship. That is the company we built: one that goes AI-native itself, then does it with you.

How we work

Small pods. Senior people. Real systems.

monō ships through embedded pods of senior operators and engineers, craft over headcount, working software over documents. The people who scope your work are the people who build it.

  1. 01

    Find where to start

The highest-value work in the core of the business, not a replatforming project.

  2. 02

    Ship in weeks

First agents in production, on your infrastructure, measured against real work.

  3. 03

    Hand it over

You own the platform and everything your agents learn. The capability stays yours.

  • Velocity

We create velocity inside the business we work in. You ship faster, move faster, and make decisions faster.

  • Intelligence

We level up your intelligence. The whole organisation gets smarter over time, and that gain is yours.

  • Capacity

The same team does far more, because the agents carry the load. Your people take on the work that was always out of reach.

  • Experience

We build experiences that were not possible before: new products, new markets, and new ways to serve your customers.

Client Zero

We run monō on monō.

Our own revenue, finance and operating rhythm run on the Collections you can buy. Every demo is the live system, on our own data, never a slide.

It is the strongest proof we can offer: we bet our own company on the product before we ask you to. In production at monō and inside Australian enterprises; named references stay anonymised until each client clears them.

Our own daily brief, assembled by the same agents we deploy.

Who we are

Operators and engineers, inside the business.

We hire senior people who want their work in production, not in decks. Engineers and operators who sit inside the business, work in the core of it, and ship. No layers, no hand-offs to juniors.

Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, working inside ASX-listed and top-tier Australian enterprises, with deployments that follow the work wherever it runs. Sovereign by default: your data stays in your cloud, your region, your control.

The name

monō is named for how it is made.

monō takes its name from monozukuri, the Japanese craft tradition of making things well. The discipline where the maker owns the whole, takes pride in the detail, and lets nothing ship half-made.

We build agents the same way. Each one is shaped to do real work, owned end to end, and proven in production before it earns its place.

Founder

Built by an operator who has done it before.

Portrait of David Hyman

monō was founded by David Hyman. He co-founded Lendi in 2013 and spent around 13 years building it into one of Australia’s largest home-loan platforms. He scaled it to a $110 billion loan book, ~$400 million in revenue and 5 million customers.

Along the way he won his category at the EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards and now serves as a judge for the programme. He started monō to do for every business what took Lendi years to learn: go AI-native in the core of the operation, and prove it in production.
