Pricing

Clear scope. Agreed fees.

A Lighthouse is a fixed-fee first project on one critical business process. We agree the scope and fee before work begins. AI usage and any other costs are set out separately in your proposal.

Pricing questions.

How much does a Lighthouse cost?

The fee depends on the scope of work. We agree a fixed price with you before the Lighthouse begins.

How is further work priced?

We agree the scope and fees with you before further work begins. Pricing can be based on agreed outcomes, delivery milestones or both.

What additional costs should we expect?

Your proposal sets out AI usage charges and any other costs in addition to the agreed fee. It also confirms whether AI usage is billed through monō or your own cloud and model accounts.

How does the Lighthouse fee credit work?

The full Lighthouse fee is credited against your first-year fees when you sign within 45 days of the Lighthouse readout. The credit does not apply to AI usage charges.
