David co-founded Lendi in 2013 and led its 2021 merger with Aussie Home Loans to create Lendi Group. He then led the Group’s AI transformation. That first-hand experience shapes monō’s approach to changing how businesses operate.

Daniel spent 17 years at Deloitte, where he was a Partner leading enterprise transformation. He now leads client work at monō, helping businesses turn their AI strategy into practical improvements.

Shoumo Thakurta

Founding VP, Product and Platform

Shoumo led CommBank’s Generative AI Centre of Excellence. He now leads product and platform at monō, bringing experience of applying AI within a major financial institution.

Olivia Braddick

Founding VP, Growth

Olivia worked in EY’s brand, marketing and communications team, supporting the global executive team on the EY.ai launch and World Entrepreneur Of The Year programme. She previously advised AI businesses on international growth.

Dominick Ng

Founding VP, Engineering

Dominick previously led engineering at Relevance AI and spent nearly a decade at Google. He now leads monō’s engineering team and the development of its platform.

Brad Drysdale

Field CTO

Brad has held Field CTO and engineering roles at SnapLogic, Kong and MuleSoft. At monō, he helps clients put AI into operation within their existing systems.

Brad Perriott

Head of GTM

Brad leads monō’s commercial growth. He was previously Area Vice President and Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand at SentinelOne.

Bec Jenkins

Chief of Staff

Bec previously served as Chief of Staff to founders and leadership teams at Canva and Airtasker. She now supports monō’s leadership team as Chief of Staff.

Chairman, Archistar

Prabhat brings a boardroom and operator’s view of technology businesses across global retail, media and property technology. He is Chairman of Archistar and Executive Chairman of Global Blue. Earlier, he served as Managing Director of Murdoch Media. He helps frame the strategic choices that matter most as a company scales.

Danny Gilbert AM

Co-Founder & Chairman, Gilbert + Tobin

Danny co-founded Gilbert + Tobin and remains its Chairman. He brings commercial legal judgement and a deep commitment to institutions that broaden opportunity. His board and civic work includes the Reserve Bank’s Governance Board, Cape York Partnership and Impact Investing Australia. He was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for service to law and the community.

Linda Brown

Member, Governing Board, Torrens University Australia

Linda founded and led Torrens University Australia as President and CEO, building a new Australian university with international reach. She brings institution-building, growth and student-centred leadership. Her board and leadership roles span education and future-skills ventures.

Jeff Smith

Independent Non-Executive Director, ANZ

Jeff brings decades of enterprise technology and operating-change leadership to the advisor group. He is an Independent Non-Executive Director at ANZ and chairs its Digital Business & Technology Committee. Previously, he was CIO at IBM and Suncorp, and CEO of Suncorp Business Services. He also led IBM’s global agile transformation.
